儿童全麻斜视手术中悬背式调整缝线后徙术的应用研究分析

摘　　要：目的研究儿童全麻斜视手术中悬背式调整缝线的应用。方法选取该院2013年1—10月收治的儿童86例（143眼）作为研究对象。男48例（78眼）,女38例（65眼）。年龄3.3-13.6岁,平均（8.5±1.4）岁。包括共同性内斜视35例、共同性外斜视51例。在全麻下进行斜视矫正术,术中采用悬背式调整缝线后徙术。术后随访1周、1个月、3个月、6个月观察成功率。结果 86例斜视手术59例全麻清醒后眼位正位,无需再次调整。27例需再次调整,术中调整率为31.40%。27例调整患者中18例达到理想眼位,治愈率由未调整前的68.60%提高到89.53%,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。86例患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月治愈率为89.53%、88.37%、87.21%,比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论悬背式缝线后徙术适用于儿童全麻斜视矫正术,使斜视手术成功率提高。Objective To investigate the effect of hanging back suture recession in strabismus surgery under general anesthesia of children. Methods The medical records of the 86（143 eyes） patients who has intraoperative from 2013.1 to 2013.10 were analyzed retrospectively. 35 cases of the patients had esotropia and 51 had exotropia. The patients were all children aged 3.3-13.6, the mean age was （8.5＋1.4）. All eases of strabismus under general anesthesia were treated by hanging back suture recession. Postoper- ative follow-up of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months were completed. Results 59 caese obtained satisfactory eye position after general anesthesia awake,don＇t need to adjust again .27 cases need to adjust again, adjusted the rate of 31.40%. 18 patients ob- tained satisfactory eye position in 27 patients with adjustment.The cure rate increased to 89.53% from 68.60% before adjustment. 86 cases of patients with postoperative 1 month, 3 months, 6 months the cure rate was 89.53%, 88.37%, 87.21%. Conclusion The application of adjustable hanging back suture recession in strabismus surgery under general anesthesia of children has good surgery effect. It improve the strabismus surgery success rate.
