摘 要:目的完善非管非盘纸盒设计理论,丰富纸盒体板间壁结构设计技巧,灵活设计多间壁非管非盘式折叠纸盒以节省纸板。方法针对水平裁切及斜向裁切方式设计的间壁板结构,利用拆分与组合方式对省资源的非管非盘式折叠纸盒设计进行研究。结果提出了间壁板方向性的概念,指出了在水平裁切线间壁板和斜向裁切线间壁板2种结构的方向判定标准。结论水平和斜向间壁裁切线均具有方向性,任何单方向与双方向裁切均可成形。方向性设计增强了盒型结构设计理论支撑,丰富了盒型,拓展了设计思路。This study aimed at perfecting the design theory of non-tube and non-tray folding carton, enriching design skills of interval structure and designing flexible carton to save paperboard materials. The structures of horizontal and oblique interval plates of non-tube and non-tray folding carton were studied by splitting and combining modes. This study put forward the directionality concept and pointed out the direction determining standards of the horizontal and the oblique interval plates. The horizontal cutting method and the oblique cutting method were directional and both unidirectional and bidirectional cuttings can form the carton. Design with directionality strengthened the theoretical support of carton structure design, enriched carton types and expanded the design ideas.
