摘 要:目的对速率为每分钟80袋的四列四边封包装机纵封辊的力学和传热性能进行仿真分析。方法利用Solid Works对纵封辊部件进行实体建模,后利用Ansys对纵封辊支撑轴进行静态力学分析以确定轴的设计合理性,最后利用Ansys热分析模块分析纵封辊的导热性能。结果传动轴最大变形量仅为0.076 569 mm,满足设计要求,模拟分析的温度和热通量结果与实际情况相符。结论分析结果与实验结果得到了相互验证,表明设计参数合理。In this paper, a stimulated analysis was performed on thermal and mechanical properties of the vertical sealing roller of the four column quadrilateral sealing packing machine with capacity of 80 bags/min. First, the structure model of the vertical sealing roller was established by SolidWorks. Secondly, static mechanic analyses on the shaft of the vertical sealing roller were done by Ansys in order to test the rationality of the design. Thirdly, the thermal conductivities of the roller were analyzed by the thermal part of Ansys. The maximum displacement of the shaft was 0.076 569 mm which satisfied the design requirement. The analysis results of the temperature and the thermal conductivities were close to the practical value. The analysis results matched those of experiments in hot sealing, indicating the design parameters were reasonable.
