摘　　要：基于已有关于区域智力资本的研究，提出了区域智力资本评估指标体系，并对这一体系的有效性进行了验证，进而利用30个省、市、自治区2005～2012的数据，对区域智力资本进行了评估与比较。研究认为，智力资本的维度划分以及相应指标体系的选择是完全合适的。地区智力资本结构存在明显的不平衡，除市场资本以外，智力资本及其各维度在所考察的8年期间呈现出明显的上升趋势；相对中西部地区而言，东部地区在2005-2012年间在智力资本各维度均具有绝对优势。Based on the review of regional intellectual capital, an indicator system was proposed and validated. Evaluation and comparison of 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regional intellectual capital are provided based on the evaluating index system. It con- cluded the indicator system is property for evaluating regional intellectual capital. There is obvious imbalance in regional intellectual capital structure. Eastern China is superior to Midwest on all the division of intellectual capital except for market capital.
