摘 要:根据环境库兹涅茨曲线假说,以宁蒙沿黄地带6个城市为案例,通过线性、二次曲线与三次曲线拟合城市工业"三废"排放量、工业COD排放量、工业SO2排放量与人均GDP的关系,分析宁蒙沿黄地带工业经济增长和环境污染的EKC曲线特征.研究发现,宁蒙沿黄地带城市的工业污染指标较高,且呈现出总体继续恶化的趋势,该地区城市仍处于高耗能、高污染、高排放的发展阶段.6个城市中只有石嘴山总体呈倒"U"型曲线特征,且刚过转折点,反映石嘴山市资源型城市转型发展初显成效.经济结构调整,资源型城市转型是未来宁蒙沿黄地带扭转污染加剧趋势的战略选择.Based on the Environmental Kuznets curve hypothesis,with six cities along the Yellow River of Ningxia and Inner Mongolia as a case,the linearity curve,quadratic curve and cubic curve were drawn up GDP per capita with the emissions of industrial waster water and gas,industrial COD and industrial SO2 and the products of industrial solid waste,to study the characteristics of EKC about economic growth and environmental pollution. The study found that the industial pollution indicators of cities along the yellow river in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia are higher ,and the overall has been worsening. These explain that cities in this area are still in the stage of high energy comsumption , high pollution and high emission. In the six cities,only the EKC of Shizuishan was inverse“U”shape,some just surpass the turning point,which explain that the transformation and development of resource-dependent cities of Shizuishan began to show results. The adjustment of economic structure,transformation of resource-dependent cities are the strategic choice of areas along the Yellow River in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia to reverse the growth trend of environment pollution.
