摘　　要：本文在概要介绍国外召回制度以及美国有关水果的召回案例的基础上,对我国进出境水果召回制度的实施进行了分析,并从完善法律体系、明确召回主体、完善信息制度等方面提出实施进出境水果召回制度的建议。The implementation of entry-exit fruits recall system in China was analyzed on the basis of introduction of the recall system abroad and fruit recall cases in America. Then, suggestions on the im- plementation of entry-exit fruits recall system were put forward from legal system improvement, recall subject confirmation, information system improvement and other aspects.
