摘  要:通过比较浸叶法、药膜法和Potter喷雾法3种生测方法对螺旋粉虱成虫进行生物测定,确定了喷雾法是螺旋粉虱适宜的生测方法。优化了Potter喷雾法的操作因子,当喷雾量为1~2 m L、喷雾压力为50~100 k Pa、沉降时间为20~40 s时,Potter喷雾法的测定结果更准确、可靠。确证了采用螺旋粉虱自然混合日龄成虫作为试虫的可靠性。该方法可作为螺旋粉虱药剂筛选及抗药性监测的生物测定方法。The toxicity of insecticides against Aleurodicus dispersus were determined by leaf dipping method, residual film and potter-spraying method, and the results indicated that potter-spraying method was the best bioassay method for ,4. dispersus. It was found that the potter-spraying method was more accurate and reliable for A. dispersus, with the spray volume of 1-2mL, the spray pressure of 50-100 kPa, and the settling time of 20-40 s. The other experimental results showed it was feasible that adults of naturally mixed ages could be instead of adults of the same age in A. dispersus bioassay. Potter-spraying method can be use as a bioassay method for screening insecticides against A. dispersus and resistance monitoring of A. dispersus.
