摘  要:钛及钛合金材料因具有密度小、比强度高、韧性好、无磁性、耐腐蚀性好等优异的综合性能,在航空、航天、舰船、核电等重要领域及石油、冶金、化工、电力、生物医学等民用市场有着广泛的应用。系统阐述了钛及钛合金材料的优越性能及广泛应用,对比分析了近10年来海绵钛、电解镍、电解铜、不锈钢等原材料价格变化趋势及规律,分析了实现钛及钛合金低成本化新的加工方式。利用全寿命经济性分析的方法,对不锈钢、铜合金、镍基合金、钛及钛合金在舰艇冷凝管道应用实例的对比分析及不同材料设备经济综合性分析,提出了在现有原材料价格、原料产量、加工成本、产品产量的条件下,应大力推广应用钛及钛合金材料。Because of excellent comprehensive properties, such as low density, high specific strength, good toughness, non-magnetic, excellent anti-corrosion, titanium and titanium alloys were widely used in aviation, aerospace, naval vessel petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, biomedicine and other civil markets. This paper describes the ad- vantages and applications of the titanium and titanium alloy materials, comparatively analyzes the changes of the raw materi- als prices in recent years, such as titanium sponge, electrolytic nickel, copper alloy and stainless steel, and analyzes the processing pathways to achieve low cost of titanium alloy. Through calculating and analyzing the examples of titanium alloys applications by the life-cycle economic analysis method, the economical efficiency was analyzed about condensate water pip- ings for naval vessels made by stainless steel, copper alloy, nickel alloy, titanium and titanium alloy. Under the recent con- ditions in raw materials prices, materials production and processing cost, we should vigorously promote the using of titanium and titanium alloy materials.
