借助HIS系统对病人来源的分析——以河北医科大学第四医院2009-2013年数据为例

摘　　要：了解住院病人的费用类别与来源,对于医院的运营非常重要.从河北医科大学第四医院的信息系统(HIS)中抽取了2009-2013年的相关数据.分析结果显示,河北医科大学第四医院收治病人数量呈增加趋势,相比有医疗保险的病人,自费患者占比很高,且主要来自石家庄地区、邢台地区和邯郸地区;医疗保险病人全部来自于河北省省会石家庄市,且市场接近饱和.为此,应当根据当前病人的费用类别以及分布特点,制定合适的医疗服务政策,更好地为病人服务.It is meaningful to sort out the sources of the hospitalized patients for the sake of their opera tion. This study takes the data of 2009-2013 from the information of Hebei Medical University No. 4 Hospital. The number of admittance increases rapidly. It is found that more patients are at their own ex penses who are from Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Handan rural areas,while patients with medical insurance are all from the capital of Hebei. This study is regarded as helpful with treatment and the characteristics of distribution and appropriate medical service policies.
