摘　　要：在"PLC与电气控制"课程教学中,采用翻转课堂实现了学习环境、学习方式和考核方式的开放性,且教学效果较好.但存在如何使教师制件的电子资料具有趣味性,如何增强学生自我约束力的问题.为此,制作的视频要短而精;建立"编程"群,鼓励学生自己编程;增强学生的自我约束力.With the application of flipping in the class teaching of PLC and electrical control,the teaching effect is much improved owing to the bettered learning environment, ways and assessment. Indeed, the class often comes across the interest and self control of the learners. Hence,teachers should try best to use only video clips and encourage students to perform programming on their own.
