基于ELES模型的城乡居民消费结构分析——从低碳经济角度思考

摘　　要：首先对低碳消费的特征进行了阐述,并对居民8大消费类别碳排放程度等级进行划分。利用ELES模型,对1995—2012年我国城乡居民人均可支配收入及8项消费支出数据进行了计量回归分析,得出我国城乡居民消费结构目前属于高碳消费结构。最后根据理论和模型分析,提出政策建议。The paper describes the features of low carbon consumption, and ranks the degree of carbon emission of resi- dents＇ eight types of consumption. With the ELES model, it makes a regressive study of the data of per capita disposable income and eight types of consumption of urban and rural residents in China between 1995 and 2012 and concludes that, at present, urban and rural residents＇ consumption structure in China is at the high level of carbon emission. According to the study of theory and model, it puts forward some suggestions.
