摘 要:该文简要介绍了负压蒸馏技术在焦化厂蒸氨、蒸苯,焦油蒸馏的应用情况。负压蒸氨技术利用循环氨水加热而不利用高温蒸汽,减少了蒸氨废水的产生量;负压蒸苯技术利用循环油加热而不利用高温蒸汽,减少了粗苯分离度水的产生量,提高了粗苯的收率;焦油负压蒸馏技术降低了蒸馏塔塔顶的馏出温度,提高了萘的收率。总之负压蒸馏技术的应用节能减排,因而得出负压蒸馏技术是未来焦化厂技改和新建项目主要发展方向。This paper briefly introduces the negative pressure distillation technology in the coking plant on the application of steamed ammonia,benzene,and the tar distillation.Negative pressure steamed ammonia by using circulating ammonia instead of steam, reducing the steamed ammonia discharge of wastewater. Negative pressure steam benzene by using circulating oil instead of steam, reducing the coarse benzene separation discharge of wastewater,improves the yield of crude benzene. The tar distillation technology to reduce the tower distillate temperature,increase the yield of naphthalene. The application of energy conservation and emissions reduction of overall negative pressure distillation technology.Thus lead to negative pressure distillation technology is technical modification and new project the main development direction in the future.
