摘　　要：《娄塘志》是研究上海嘉定娄塘地区地理、历史、人物、文化的重要材料,《上海乡镇旧志丛书》第一册所收的整理本为读者提供了不少方便,但在标点方面也存在不少问题,今略作举正。Loutang Zhi （the local records of Loutang township） is the important material for research on the geography, history, celebrities and culture of Loutang township in Jiading Area of Shanghai City. The collat？ed copy of Loutang Zhi, included in Shanghai Xiangzhenjiuzhi Congshu （series called old local records of Shanghai Townships） provides the readers with a lot of convenience. But there are problems such as its collat？ing, punctuation and consolidation of the specification which needs to be corrected.
