摘  要:为了提高光纤的双折射特性,利用石英作基质设计了基于六边形结构的光子晶体光纤,计算并分析了光子晶体光纤的双折射、色散、限制损耗、非线性折射系数等特性。结果表明:波长越大,双折射越大,限制损耗越大,非线性折射系数越小。当光纤结构?为0.9μm,d为0.86μm,为0.58μm,2d为0.54μm时,该光纤在光波长为1.1μm处色散接近于零,双折射可达21026.1??,限制损耗为56.72d B/m,非线性折射系数为64.4W-1km-1,可应用于近红外波段的光纤传感及超连续光谱产生。In order to improve the birefringence,the author designs a photonic crystal fiber based on hexagonal structure by using quartz as material,then calculates and analyses the birefringence,dispersion,loss and nonlinear coefficient of photonic crystal fiber. The result shows that:The birefringence and the loss are greater,then the nonlinear coefficient is smaller with increasing of wavelength. When its cladding air hole pitch is 0.9 p m and large air hole diameter,air hole diameter of third ring,air hole diameter of first ring are 0.86μm,0.58 μm and 0.5pro,the dispersion is close to zero at a wavelength of 1.1 μm,and the loss is 56.72dB/m and the nonlinear coefficient is 64.4W^-1km^-1.The optical fiber sensor and supercontinuum spectrum which can be applied to the near infrared band will generate.
