摘 要:为了获取丰富的SEM图像信息并用于软土微观结构定量研究,对杭州地区紫金港软土进行了SEM图像扫描;定性描述了软土微观结构孔隙特征,建立了基于Image-pro Plus(IPP)图像分析软件的三维孔隙计算模型;基于微积分思想,统计了软土的三维孔隙率;分析了软土孔隙率数量和大小随阈值的变化趋势与三维计算模型可行性的联系,并讨论了二值化处理获取的平面孔隙率与本文提出的公式统计的三维孔隙率之间的关系。结果表明:本文提出的三维孔隙率计算公式是可行的,统计结果符合孔隙三维空间分布逻辑;较二值化处理获取的平面孔隙率,本文获取的三维孔隙率更加接近孔隙真实情况,求取方法思路清晰,为软土微观定量研究建立了一条新途径。In order to obtain SEM image information for soft clay microstructure quantitative research,a larger number of SEM images for soft clay in Zijingang of Hangzhou area were scanned;characteristics of soft clay microstructure porosity were described qualitatively,and three-dimensional porosity calculation model was built based on Image-pro Plus(IPP)software;according to calculus thought, three-dimensional porosity of soft clay was obtained; the connection between the feasibility of three-dimensional calculation model and the number and size of soft clay porosity changing with the threshold was studied;the relationship between plane porosity calculated by binarization processing and three-dimensional porosity obtained by three-dimensional calculation model was discussed.The results show that three-dimensional porosity calculation model is feasible,and statistical results conform to the logic of three-dimensional spatial distribution of pore;comparing with plane porosity calculated by binarization processing, the three-dimensional porosity obtained by three-dimensional calculation model is closer to the real situation; this method has a clear thinking and establishes a new approach for the quantitative research of microstructure of soft clay.
