绝缘护套在农网线路局部绝缘化防护中的应用

摘　　要：树障、鸟窝、异物等引起河北南网农网10 k V配电线路频繁跳闸,严重威胁农网的安全经济运行。在对三类原因详细分析的基础上,提出利用卡扣式硅橡胶绝缘护套有针对性地进行线路的局部绝缘化防护。首先,阐述了卡扣式硅橡胶绝缘护套的特性;然后提出了线路局部绝缘化防树障、杆塔局部绝缘化防鸟害、配变局部绝缘化防异物的具体防护策略;最后对农网10 k V配电线路局部绝缘化防护的适用条件进行了分析。示范应用结果表明了该方法的有效性。Tree barriers, nests, floaters lead to the trips of the 10kV rural grid line frequently in Hebei Electric Power Corporation, which severely threatens the safe and economic operation of the 10 kV rural grid. Based on the detailed analysis of three reasons, this paper proposes to use Silicon rubber insulating sheath to carry out line par- tial insulation. At first, the characteristics of Silicon rubber insulating sheath are introduced. Secondly, the specif- ic protection strategies of tree barriers, nests, floaters are given. Finally, the application conditions of the partial insulation of the 10 kV rural grid line are analyzed. Demonstration and application results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
