摘　　要：目的探讨25羟维生素D与儿童肥胖的关系,为儿童肥胖的防治和病因探索提供依据。方法通过计算机检索Pub Med、Web of science、Springer Link、超星Medlink、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方、维普和中国知网数据库,检索1995年1月至2014年11月发表的关于25羟维生素D与儿童肥胖关联的研究。根据统一的纳入排除标准,筛选文献,应用Rev Man 5.1软件对各纳入文献进行异质性检验及效应值合并,同时进行敏感性分析和偏倚估计。结果共检索到相关文献171篇,最终纳入符合条件的文献13篇,其中肥胖儿童1 385例,正常体重儿童2 088例。结果表明病例组血清维生素D水平低于对照组,95%CI为(-7.38,-2.83),按地区分层后得到相似的结论。各研究的敏感性分析比较稳定,且漏斗图形基本对称。敏感性分析和发表偏倚分析证实上述Meta分析结果是稳定和可靠的。结论 25羟维生素D水平与儿童肥胖间存在相关性。Objective To explore the association between 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and children overweight/obesity as to provide rationales for developing preventive strategies and understanding the etiology of children obesity. Methods The database of PubMed, web of science; Springer Link, Medlinlq SinoMed, Wan_fang, VIP and CNKI were systematically searched. The studies regarding 25-hydroxyvitamin D associated with children obesity from Jan 1995 to Nov 2014 were included in the research. The data were extracted, evaluated and heterogeneity tested using software Rev Man 5.1. Results A total of 171 related literature were retrieved, and 13 of them were eligible with 1 385 obese children and 2 088 normal children included. The results of Meta analysis showed that the pooled OR values of hypertension with 25-hydroxyvitarnin D level deficiency and sufficiency was -5.11, 95% CI （-7.38, -2.83）. We got similar results when grouped by region. The sensitivity analysis in each study was stable and the funnel graphics were basically symmetric. The results of sensitivity analysis and publication bias diagnostics demonstrated the reliability and stability of this Meta-analysis. Conclusion The 25-hydroxyvitamin D level is associated with children obesity.
