不同扫散时间浮针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同扫散时间浮针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法将86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,2组均采用浮针治疗,浮针扫散时间观察组为2 min,对照组为1 min。每周3次,6次为1个疗程。采用简式麦吉尔疼痛问卷表(Mc Gill pain questionnaire,MPQ)比较2组治疗前、首次治疗后、疗程结束后3个时点的评分并评价2组疗效差异。结果治疗后2组MPQ评分呈下降趋势,均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01);观察组在首次治疗后及疗程结束后MPQ评分改善更显著,优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率比较,观察组为93.0%,优于对照组76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针不同扫散时间治疗腰背肌筋膜炎均有良好疗效,扫散时间2 min比1 min镇痛效果更优。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fu＇s subcutaneous needling with different sweeping-manipulation time in treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group of 43 cases. The two groups were treated with Fu＇s subcutaneous needling.Sweeping-manipulation time was for 2 min in the treatment group while 1 min in the control group, 3 times a week. 6 times were considered as a course of treatment. Mc Gill pain sale（MPQ） was used to compare scores of two groups before treatment,after initial treatment, and after the course of treatment, to compare the differences in curative effects. Results MPQ scores of two groups showed a declined trend after treatment, there was significant improvement than before treatment（P〈0.01）; After the initial treatment and the end of the whole course of treatment, MPQ scores of the treatment group were both significantly improved, which were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 93.0% in the observation group,which was better than that of the control group 76.7%, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fu＇s subcutaneous needling of different sweeping-manipulation time has good curative effect on lumbar and back myofascitis. And sweeping-manipulation time of 2 min shows better analgesic effect than that of 1 min.
