摘  要:为了研究在不同光照下费菜的生理特性,采用SPAD-502便携式叶绿素仪、DDS-11C型电导率仪和美国生产的Li-6400光合测定仪分别对费菜的叶绿素相对含量、相对电导率和光合荧光参数进行了测定。结果表明,在试验所设计的光照范围内,几乎全部费菜均可正常生长,在光照强度低于10μmol-2·s-1的情况下,费菜株高显著变长,并表现出较强的形态可塑性。随着光照减弱与增强,不同光照强度处理能显著影响费菜的相对含水量、相对导电率、叶绿素相对含量和荧光参数。过强光照或过弱光照均不利于费菜生长和发育,在光照强度为600μmol-2·s-1的光照条件下,其生长发育状况最佳。In order to study physiology characteristic of Sedum aizoon L. in different illumination intensity conditions, by using SPAD- 502 portable chlorophyll meter, DDS-11C type conductivity meter and Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, the chlorophll content, relative conductivity and chlorophyll fluorescence of Sedum aizoon L. were measured. The results show as follows: Within the scope of designed ilhtmination, almost all S. aizoon were growing health, the plant height was significantly longer in the light intensity below 10μmol^-2·s^-1 and show a strong morphological plasticity; With the reducing or enhancing of light intensity, the treatments with different light intensity had significant impacts on relative water content, relative electrolytic leakage, content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters; Too much light or weak light illumination are not good to the growth and development of S. aizoon, when the light intensity was 600μmol^-2·s^-1, the plants are growing best.
