摘　　要：协同创新背景下,地方高校资源循环科学与工程学科应该以政产学研用为重要突破口,通过以学科平台为中心、以政府职能为引导、以产业需求为导向、以用户效益为目标、以战略联盟为纽带的实施途径,推动政产学研用一体化发展,为区域经济社会发展培养急需的人才和提供智力支持。Government-industry-university-research-consumer cooperation is an important breach for resource recycling science and engineering discipline in local universities under the background of collaborative innovation. It is significant to develop the integration among government, industry, university, research and consumer, and take the path which is discipline platform centered, government function guided, and industry demand oriented, consumer benefit targeted and strategic alliance linked, so as to cultivate the talents in urgent need as well as provide intellectual support for the regional economic and social development.
