摘 要:以麦秸、凹凸棒石、针铁矿为原料,经过混合、干燥、热压成型,氮气保护烧结方式,制备出改性磁性木质陶瓷,对材料的气孔率、密度、磁化率等性能进行了测试,通过分光光度法对不同配比和温度下的改性磁性木质陶瓷对水中氮磷的吸附效果进行研究。实验结果显示,当麦秸∶凹凸棒石∶针铁矿质量比为2∶1∶1,烧结温度为900℃时,对磷的吸附效果最佳。该温度下,配比为3∶1∶1时,材料对氮的吸附效果最佳。改性木质陶瓷拥有的独特磁学性质可方便利用外加磁场进行回收,有很好的再生性,具有良好的应用前景。With wheat straw, attapulgite, goethite as raw materials, the new composite wood ceramics material was prepared by mixture, dry and hot press processing, and the sintering method under high temperature nitrogen protection.The properties of the materials were tested under different proportion and sintering temperature including porosity, density and magnetic susceptibility.. Then t_hrough contrasting t.he adsorption effect about nitrogen and Phosphor of wood ceram^cs under ditterent proportion, contirming the possibility to remove nitrogen and phosphor in the water as adsorbent. As the results of the experiment showed, when the proportion of wheat straw, attapulgite, and goethite is 50%,25%,25%, respectively, under the temperature of 900℃, the phosphorous, adsorption effect was the best. Under the same temperature condition, when the proportion was 60% ,20% ,20% respectively, the nitrogen adsorption effect was the best. In the meanwhile, the material is easy to be recycled for its special magnetic property, so it has a bright future for application.
