摘 要:为了提高生化系统的脱氮效率,该研究以自行构建的高效硝化菌群为研究对象,选取影响该菌群氨氮去除效果的6种因素作单因素实验,以得到该菌群适合的培养条件。实验结果表明该高效菌群对环境有较宽泛的适用条件,该菌群脱氮效果较佳的氨氮底物浓度范围为123.62~321.89 mg/L,适合的碳氮比为2.5~14,合适的p H值为7.0~8.5,摇床速度为90~150 r/min(相当于DO 1.5~2.5),适宜的温度范围为20~35℃,以上条件均有利于硝化反应的进行,其不利的生长条件为过高的底物浓度为大于423.65 mg/L,过低的温度为小于10℃。In order to improve the nitrogen removal efficiency of biochemical systems, self--built efficiency nitrifying bacteria was the research object.This high efficiency nitrifying bacteria through single factor experiments the best cultivating conditions for the new nitrifying bacteria were the scope of ammonia concentration 123.62-321.89 mg//L, C/N of 2.5-14, pH value of 7.0-8.5, rotation speed of 90-150 r/min, temperature of 20-35 ℃, all of the above conditions were favorable for the nitration reaction. Its adverse growth conditions for high substrate concentration was greater than 423.65mg/L, the low temperature was less than 10℃.
