摘 要:为了解决传统电磁阀人工测试劳动强度大、效率和测试精度较低的问题,必须设计电磁阀自动测试系统。基于虚拟仪器的设计思想,通过分析测试内容原理,采用通用计算机、数据采集卡、PWM控制器、稳压电源、测试传感器、集成运放搭建系统硬件电路,再结合Lab VIEW强大的软件程序编写功能,共同组成电磁阀自动测试系统,然后对比例电磁阀进行测试。实验结果表明:该系统测试方法简单,精度高,能对电磁阀一些性能指标进行报表输出并判断可靠性,智能化程度较高。Traditional solenoid manual testing has big labor intensity, low precision and test efficiency, To solve the problems, automatic test system for electromagnetic valve must be designed. Based on virtual instrument design thought, through analyzing the test principle, the general computer, data acquisition card, PWM controller, regulated power supply, testing sensor, integrated op-amp were used to construct the system hardware circuit. Combining LabVIEW powerful software programming function, automatic test system for electromagnetic valve was built. Then a proportional solenoid valve was tested. The experimental results show that the testing system is simple, has high precision, can re- port export some performance index of electromagnetic valve and has high intelligence.
