基于深海作业设备C3D-SBP的升级改造与工程应用

摘　　要：该文针对深海海底管缆搜索定位及海底地层地貌勘探任务需求,对已有C3D-SBP拖鱼系统进行升级改造,分别对该设备通信硬件、供电线路、连接电缆、软件源代码、USBL、测线进行改装设计。为配合该升级设备在工程中的应用,分别对作业过程中的原始数据资料判断提取技术、原始数据处理与分析技术、释放与回收技术进行相应调整改进。最终形成了一整套适用于深海海底管缆调查和地层地貌综合调查的应用系统升级改造方案。实际工程应用证明该改造方案可行,并带来直接经济效益和间接经济效益,为同类设备的升级改造与应用推广提供了参考,拓展了深海海底管缆和地层地貌调查的技术手段。As for missions of search and positioning of deep--sea submarine pipe line and ocean exploration, the conventional way with low operation efficiency and high cost, already cannot meet the requirement of the engineering practice. With the practical application of deep investigation project as the research background, through the analysis of the upgrade requirements of existing equipment C3D-- SBP, modify and design C3D--SBP communications hardware equipment, power lines, connecting cable, software source code, USBL, line detecting respectively, then study and design a set of C3D--SBP equipment upgrade scheme, To meet the requirement of the application of upgraded equipment in engineering, design and improve the original data judging and extraction technology, the original data processing and analysis technology, releasing and recycling technology of modified C3D-SBP equipment in the process of operation, and set up a set of system design program suitable for deep--sea submarine cables and geomorphic comprehensive survey applicationl By the feedback information of engineering application, summarize the innovation points of upgraded C3D--SBP equipment, as well as the direct and indirect economic benefit, which provides the technical support and engineering reference value for the extension application and popularization of this upgrading equipment. And it expands technology means of the deep-sea submarine pipe line and sub--bottom survey and geomorphic survey that makes this technology the leading level in this field in domestic.
