氟化钠对洋葱根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响

摘　　要：用不同浓度的氟化钠溶液 ,分别处理洋葱根尖 ,发现在有丝分裂的细胞中 ,出现了滞后染色体、染色体桥和多极化现象。有些细胞中还出现了微核。同时 ,在实验中还观察到 ,随着溶液浓度的增加和染毒时间的延长 ,细胞增殖率下降 。Different concentrations F were used separately to treat the root tip of onion,during the study on mitosis process of the root tip cells of onion,throuth normal squashed specimen.The author noticed lasted chromosome,chromosome bridge multiple polarization and other abnormal phenomena,for example,micronueleus.Meanwhile the result shows that,with a bigger concentration of F the growths of cells were inhibited more obviously,the mitosis co efficients were decreased.
