摘　　要：党参是临床常用的补气中药,具有健脾益肺,养血生津之功效。本文对2014年9月之前的党参发明专利申请信息进行检索整理,得到分析用专利数据集,共包括11 129件专利申请,分属于10 857个专利族。在此基础上进行多角度的分析,结果显示,中国党参发明专利的申请数量远远超过其他国家,并在近年呈现显著上升趋势。党参的发明专利申请主要来自中、美、韩、日等国家和地区,比较受关注的疗效应用为保健、提高免疫力、补气、改善失眠状况等,多与补虚药特别是补气药配伍使用。Codonopsis Pilosula is commonly used to tonify Qi in clinical application, as well as strengthening the spleen and the lung, nourishing blood and the body fluid effects. In this paper, the patents of traditional medicine C. Pilosula before September, 2014 were retrieved. Totally, I 1 129 patents were obtained, which belong to 10 857 patent families. Furthermore, an analysis report was formed based on a multi-angle analysis. The result indicates that, the number of invention patent application of C. Pilosula China is much more than that in other countries. There is a significant increasing trend in recent years. C. Pilosula patent invention applications are mainly from China, United States, South Korea, and Japan. The effect focus on healthmaintenanee, immunityenhancing, invigorating Qi, insomnia statusimproving, et al. It has often been used in company with tonic medicine, especially tonifing Qi medicine.
