摘  要:红景天药用历史悠久,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗辐射、抗肿瘤、改善心血管系统功能等药理作用。本文利用《Espacenet》及《世界传统药物数据库》对该中药的发明专利进行系统检索,采用Python、R语言等工具对检索结果进行筛选、整理、分析,了解红景天相关专利开发的发展与现状。从专利申请量、申请人、发明人的数量变化来看,红景天近年逐渐成为开发热点。中国作为红景天传统应用国家,在专利数量等方面占有较大的优势,在俄、日、美、韩等国,红景天的药用价值也逐渐被认可。红景天疗效作用广泛,从专利信息来看,关注度较高的是红景天作为全身保护或抗毒剂、代谢性疾病、心血管系统、消化系统的药剂开发,但红景天相关发明专利数量较少,质量也有待提高,进一步开发利用的前景广阔。Rhodiola rosea has a long history as a Traditional Chinese Medicine drug because of its various pharmacological effects, including antioxidation, anti-aging, antiradiation, antitumor, improving cardiovascular system function and so on. To profile the current status and progress of patent application of R. rosea, a comprehensive patent retrieval were performed via Espacenet and World Traditional Medcine Patent Database. Then the dataset were screened, standardized and analyzed by Python and R language. The quantity of patent applications, patent applicants, and inventor, keeps a rapid increase in recently years, which means R. rosea has become a promising high light in TCM research. In China, it has less invention patents application comparing with other countries, while less than other TCM drugs. The medicinal value of R. rosea has gradually been recognized around the world, especially in Russia, USA, South Korea and Japan. The major functions of R. rosea include systemic protection, anti-toxic agent, and treatments of metabolic disorder, cardiovascular system, digestive system according to the analytic result. There are broad prospects for development of R. rosea in the future.
