摘　　要：目的:运用水蒸气蒸馏法提取北葶苈子挥发油成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)结合保留指数进行分析,为进一步研究北葶苈子挥发油提供实验依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS技术并结合保留指数对其进行分析鉴定。结果:采用GC-MS分析检测出82个组分,利用MS结合保留指数定性,鉴定出其中72个成分。含量较高的组分为4-(氯甲基)苯甲腈,占88.9%,其次为2-氰基-吡啶(2.73%)、6,9-十八碳酸甲酯(1.59%)、4',7',7'-三甲基-3'-苄氧基-螺[1,3-二氧戊环-2,2'-双环[2.2.1]庚烷](0.49%)、甲基6-顺,9-顺,11-反-十八碳三烯酸(0.36%),5-甲基-2-苯基-2-戊烯醛(0.35%)、4-vinylsyringol(0.18%)、丁香油酚甲醚(0.11%)等。结论:采用质谱结合保留指数分析北葶苈子中的挥发油成分,可以提高定性结果的准确性。The analysis of essential oil in seeds of Lepidium apetalum Will＆ provided an experimental basis for further research on the activity test of essential oil. In the process, essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method. The analysis and identification were made by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） technology in combination with retention index （RI）. The results showed that 82 components in seeds of L. apetalum Will＆ were detected by GC-MS and 72 compounds were identified by MS in combination with RI. The compounds with high contents were as follows： 4-chloromethyl-benzonitrile （88.9%）, 2-pyridinecarbonitrile （2.73%）, 6,9-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester （1.59%）, 4＇,7＇,7＇-trimethyl-3＇-benzyloxy-spiro [1,3-dioxolane-2,2＇-bicyclo[2.2.1] heptane] （0.49%）, methyl 6-cis, 9-cis, 11-trans, octadecatrienoate （0.36%）, 4-methyl-2-phenyl-2-pentenal （0.35%）, 4-vinylsyringol （0.18%）, methyleugenol （0.11%） and so on. It was concluded that MS combined with RI can be more reliable and accurate for the identification of essential oil components in seeds ofL. apetalum Willd.
