摘  要:目的:研究艾纳香有效成分与土壤因子的相关性,筛选影响其含量的主导因子。方法:GC测定艾纳香中l-龙脑的含量,紫外-可见分光光度计测定总黄酮的含量,理化分析法测定土壤因子,应用相关分析、逐步回归分析及灰色关联度分析对土壤因子与有效成分的关系进行综合分析。结果:艾纳香中l-龙脑含量与有效硫呈显著负相关(P<0.05),总黄酮含量与p H、碱解氮、交换性钙、交换性镁呈显著负相关(P<0.05);经逐步回归分析发现,影响l-龙脑含量的主导因子为有效硫,影响总黄酮含量的主导因子为p H;经灰色关联度分析发现,p H为影响艾纳香有效成分的重要因子,其次为碱解氮和有效硫。结论:无论是选择适宜产地还是施肥,都应重视和考虑氮、硫及土壤p H对艾纳香质量的影响。The correlation between the active ingredients of Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC and soil factors was studied, and the dominant factors affecting the active ingredient contents were screened. The l-borneol in the plant was determined by gas chromatography, and total flavonoids were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Soil factors were determinated by physical and chemical analysis. Correlation analysis, regression analysis and gray relational analysis were used to figure out the relationship between the soil and the active ingredient. The correlation between the content of l-borneol and effective sulfur was significantly negative in 0.05 level. The correlation between the content of total flavonoids and pH, hydrolytic nitrogen, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium was significantly negative in 0.05 level. By stepwise regression analysis, we concluded that the content of l-borneol was dominantly affected by the effective sulfur, while total flavonoids were dominantly affected by pH. By grey relational analysis, we found pH was an important factor affecting the active ingredients of B. balsamifera, followed by hydrolytic nitrogen and effective sulfur. When in either choosing the appropriate production place or fertilization, attention should be paid to the impact of nitrogen, sulfur and soil pH on the active ingredients of B. balsamifera.
