摘　　要：《广东省江门市流域综合规划修编(2005—2030)》是江门市流域治理开发与保护的总体部署,是今后一个时期流域水资源开发、利用、节约、保护和流域综合管理的重要技术依据。规划以防洪安全、供水安全、生态安全为主要目标,以防洪减灾体系、水资源综合利用体系、水资源保护体系、水利综合管理体系等四大体系为重点,形成与江门市经济社会发展相适应的水利发展体系,以流域水资源可持续利用支撑流域经济社会的可持续发展。Comprehensive planning of Jiangmen river basin of Guangdong province （ 2005—2030 ） is the general deployment of management development and protection for jiangmen basin , and is the important technical basis of river basin water resources development, utilization, conservation, protection and river basin management in the next period .Planning flood control safety , water supply security , ecological security is the main target , and four big systems including flood prevention and disaster mitigation system, comprehensive utilization of water resources system , system of water resources protection , system of water resources comprehensive management are key points , forming the water conservancy development system for adapting to the economic and social development of Jiangmen .River basin water resources sustainable utilization supports river basin sustainable development of the economic society .
