高校图书馆面向年轻馆员的人才培养策略探索

摘　　要：分析年轻人到图书馆工作的心态和流动趋势,针对年轻馆员存在的困惑,探索面向年轻馆员的培养策略。在转变观念方面,提出高校图书馆应从收容站转变为导航站,从中转区转变为服务区,从停车场转变为练车场;图书馆的领导和老员工要从管理者变成知心人。在拓展培养方向方面,探索共性素质培养体系的整合与推广、专业能力与信息素质的互进和自助式活动平台的构建等模式。Based on the analysis of younger librarians career choice, trnover trndency and their puzzles, we explore the talents training strategies in universities library. In terms of changing concept, we should change the university library from the shelter into a guidance station, from the transit area into a service area, from the parking lot into a practice yard, from the manager into an intimate friend for leaders and older librarians. In terms of expanding training direc-tions, we explore to integrate and generalize the universal quality training system, prlaoomote professional ability and information quality, structure self -service activities platform and so on.
