摘　　要：后金融危机时期江苏外贸面临着国际需求持续萎缩、贸易摩擦频发、人民币升值、出口成本上升等经济形势,同时江苏外贸自身发展也存在着外贸依存度高、区域外贸发展不平衡、加工贸易发展缺乏动力等问题。针对后危机时代江苏外贸面临的严峻形势和自身存在的问题,文章提出了积极应对挑战,促进江苏外贸发展的相关对策建议。Jiangsu＇s foreign trade are facing the economic situation that intemational demand continues to shrink, the frequent trade friction, the RMB appreciation and the increasing export costs. At the same time, Jiangsu foreign trade development has other issues, such as high dependence on foreign trade, unbalanced regional trade development, lacking impetus of the processing trade development during the post--financial crisis era. According to the serious situation and existing problems, the article puts forward some related countermeasures and suggestions actively to respond to challenges in order to promote the development of foreign trade in Jian^su
