摘  要:采用浸渍法制备各种催化剂,用WFSM-3060高压反应装置及X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(BET)、程序升温脱附(H2-TPD,NH3-TPD)和程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等技术表征,对催化剂活性进行了评价。液体产物用傅里叶-红外(FT-IR)、气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)和SF-3微量水分分析仪进行分析;气体产物通过气相色谱(GC)在线分析。分析结果显示:10VNi-10Ce有很好的热稳定性,有3个吸附中心和3个酸中心。液体产物大多是C18以下的碳氢化合物。由GC和SF-3试验结果可知:脱羰反应和脱羧反应(CO2)是同时进行的,脱羧反应是催化裂化的主反应。植物油中的氧主要是通过CO2和CO形式脱除,少量的氧以H2O的形式去除。The catalysts by incipient wetness impregnation method were prepared and examined by X-ray diffraction( XRD),Brunaue-Emmet-Teller( BET),temperature programmed desorption of H2( H2-TPD),temperature programmed desorption of NH3( NH3-TPD) and temperature programmed reduction of H2( H2-TPR) analysis. Catalyst activity was detected at WFSM-3060 high-pressure reactor. Liquid outcome was analyzed by Fourier Transform Infar-Red( FT-IR),SF-3 trace moisture analyzer and gas chromatography-mass spectrometr( GC-MS). Gas outcome was analyzed by gas chromatography( GC) online. The results reveal that the 10VNi-10 Ce catalyst has good thermal stability with three kinds of adsorbed sites and three kinds of acidity sites on the surface. The main products are the hydrocarbon compounds under C18. The results of GC online and trace water determination show that the reaction of decarboxylation( CO2) and decarbonylation( CO)occur at the same time,moreover,decarboxylation reaction is the main reaction. The oxygen in the oil is mainly removed by the forms of CO and CO2,and the oxygen is partly removed by the form of H2O.
