摘  要:以日本白菜品种"绿半白"和韩国抗根肿病品种"白菜王"为试材,通过小孢子培养获得DH自交不亲和系,经5代回交获得BC5代抗根肿病萝卜胞质不育系CCR11239,DH系经6代自交育成CCR11239的保持系CCR11240。以韩国品种"白菜王"与鲁春白1号(83-1)杂交,经5代自交获得自交亲合系CCR11241,经CCR11240×CCR11241,获得新品种CCR11242。该品种经品比试验、省区试和生产示范,每666.7m2平均产量4 065 kg,比对照品种鲁春白1号(83-1)增产142%,病情指数(5.63)比对照降低88.13,表现高抗(HR)。2012年通过新品种登记。Abstract Using Japanese variety Half Green Cabbage (HGC) and South Korean anti - clubroot variety CR Cabbage King (CCK) as materials, the DH self - incompatible lines were obtained through microspore culture. After five - generation backcross, CCR11239, an anti - clubfoot radish cytoplasmic sterile line, was obtained. Through six- generation self- crossing of DH system, the maintainer line CCR11240 of CCR11239 was obtained. After the cross of CCK and Luchunbai 1 (83 - 1 ) , and then five generation self - crossing, the self- compatible line CCRl1241 was obtained. Through crossing CCRl1240 with CCRl1241, the new variety CCR11242 was obtained. Through variety comparison test, provincial regional test and production demonstra- tion test, the new variety registerted in 2012. Its average yield reached 4 065 kg per 666.7m^2, which in- creased by 142% compared with 83 - 1 ; the disease index was 5.63, which was 88.13 lower than CK, so it showed high resistance (HR) to clubfoot.
