摘　　要：于2013-2014年，对河西走廊制种玉米田的病害进行了调查采集、分离培养、致病性测定与鉴定，其中病毒病采用观察组织中内含体和电镜观察病毒粒体形态。结果表明，河西走廊制种玉米病害共计73种，其中真菌病害56种、细菌病害4种、病毒病害5种，生理性病害8种。In 2013~2014,the diseasea of seed corn were investigated in Hexi Corridor,and the pathogens were identificated through isolation culture,test of pathogenicity and retro-isolation.The viral diseases were observed through the inclusion body and the electron microscope.The results showed that there were more than 73 kinds of seed corn diseases in Hexi Corridor corn-growing areas.The diseases include 56 fungal diseases,4bacteria diseases,5viral diseases and 8noninfectious diseases.
