摘　　要：张謇、严复、孙中山都是我国近代著名的思想家。张謇与严复、孙中山相比,他的政府干预经济思想具有内容的丰富性和全面性,理论来源的实践性和民族性,在政府干预和市场调节之间的平衡性,以及立足国情、关注现实的务实性等特点。Zhang Jian, Yan fu, and Sun Yat-sen are famous economic thinkers in modern China. Compared with that of Yan Fu and Sun Yat-sen, Zhang Jian＇s thought in governmental intervention reveals characteristics of richness and comprehensiveness in content, practicality and nationality in theory source, balances between governmental intervention and market regulation, and the feature of reality and pragmatic based on the national conditions and social surrounding.
