医改背景下药品流通企业发展路径分析

摘　　要：2009年医改给医药市场带来了颠覆性的变化,其对药品流通企业的影响尤甚,药品企业传统经营模式已经无法继续运行。新医改制度中的基本药物价格下降以及药品配送企业必须经过严格审查等制度,迫使医药流通企业放弃中间过程,其利润空间受到大幅压缩,很多企业经营难以为继。然而医改在带来挑战的同时,也带来了机遇,医药流通企业要把握好医改的政策导向,通过整合兼并提高企业竞争力、发展专业第三方物流、专注于药品集中化差异领域以及建设信息化药品流通企业等方式来改变经营模式,更好适应市场需求,促进药品流通企业持续健康发展。The medical reform in 2009 has brought a subversive change to medicine market, which has a more severe im- pact on drug circulation enterprise, so that the traditional management pattern of drug enterprise could not move on. In the new medical reform system, the basic drug price decreased and the drug delivery enterprise must undergo the strict examination, which forced the drug circulation enterprise to drop the mediate process, so that the profit space got largely narrowed, and many enterprises were hard to survive. The medical reform also brings opportunity while the challenge. The drug circulation enterprise should grasp the policy guidance, increase competitiveness by integration, develop professional third logistics, focus on drug con- centration difference region, and build informationized drug circulation enterprise to change operation mode, adapt to market demand well to improve the sustainable and healthy development.
