摘 要:针对传统干式喷砂粉尘污染严重、喷砂效果不均匀、生产效率低下等问题,设计一种基于PLC集中控制的湿式喷砂机。新型湿式喷砂机以压缩空气为驱动力,通过高速磨液射流的冲蚀磨削作用,实现强化工件表面、改善应力等工艺要求。通过CFD仿真优化了湿式喷砂机主要参数,通过方案改进解决了喷砂加工不均匀性问题,通过PLC控制器实现了喷砂加工自动控制问题。实际测试表明:经湿式喷砂后,粗糙度达到原有生产工艺要求,表面残余应力分布均匀一致,显著优于传统干式喷砂效果。湿式喷砂有效消除了传统干式喷砂存在的粉尘污染等问题,操作简单方便,运行稳定可靠,兼具操作便利和应用经济性等优势,可广泛应用于金属工件的表面强化与改性处理等方面,具有较高的应用推广价值。There are so many serious problems of traditional dry sand blasting, such as dust pollution, uneven results of the sur?face sandblasting processing, low productivity and so on. A new type of wet sand blasting machine was designed based on PLC. Through erosion effect of high speed grinding abrasive liquid jet, it was used for surface strengthening, improving stress process re?quirements with compressed air as the driving force. The main parameters of the wet sandblasting machine were optimized by CFD sim?ulation. The non?uniformity problem was solved by the improvement of processing scheme, and automatic control was realized by PLC controller. The test shows that roughness meets the requirements of the original production technology, surface residual stress distribu?tion is uniform, significantly superior to the traditional dry sand blasting effect after wet sand blasting. Wet sand blasting effectively e?liminates the traditional dry sanding the problems of dust pollution and so on. Because of the simple and convenient operation, stable and reliable running, convenient operation and the advantages of the application efficiency, it can be widely applied in the metal work?piece surface strengthening and modification, and has higher application promotion value.
