摘 要:近年来,机械化热收缩带补口方式被广泛应用于长输管道建设中,其工艺的完整性和成熟性也得到广泛的认可,弥补了人工补口的诸多缺陷。根据西气东输三线东段机械化热收缩带补口的技术要求,对工艺流程进行优化,选配适宜于现场条件的中频加热及红外线加热装置,通过对现场施工工艺参数的严格控制,使补口质量满足技术要求。同时也验证了目前机械化补口在潮湿多雨环境中存在的缺陷,为下一步改进提供依据。In recent years, mechanical heat shrinkable tape is widely used in long distance pipeline construction,and the in-tegrity and maturity of the technology have been widely accepted,making up for the shortage of artificial fill port. According to the eastern section heat shrinkable tape technology requirements of the three line of West to East Gas Pipeline Project,the technologi-cal process optimization,intermediate frequency heating and infrared heating device matching suitable for the site conditions,and strictyly control of technological parameters on the spot were both made,realizing the patching quality. It is also verified the pres-ent defects of mechanical patching existing in rainy and humid environment,and provided the basis for further improvement.
