摘  要:针对传统油类分析检测仪器体积大,需要上位机进行协作的特点,研制了基于ARM-Linux的便携式红外测油仪。该仪器采用S3C2440为主控器,在嵌入式Linux系统下开发了Mini GUI图形用户界面,通过液晶触摸屏来实现对仪器的控制、采集、存储和显示。该系统的硬件由光源、分光模块、信号调制采集模块,A/D转换模块和ARM控制处理模块组成。为了提高信号的精度和采集的抗干扰能力,信号调制模块采用了锁相放大技术,从而获得了较好的检测结果。设计的仪器体积小、稳定性高、重复性好、操作简单、符合国家标准,具有较好的推广价值。Due to traditional oil content instrumentation is in-large volume and also requires host computer ,a portable infrared oil content analyzer based on ARM-Linux was developed in this paper.S3C2440 was used as the main controller.The LCD was used as display that depends on MiniGui graphical user interface in an open-source Linux system.By the LCD touch screen,it can control the whole instrument,such as collection,storage and display.The system consists of light source,spectrum module,signal acquisition module,A/D converter module and the ARM control module.In order to improve the detection precision and signal anti-interference ability,lock-in amplifier technology was used in signal modulation modules.The new equipment is small ,highly stable,and has high repeatability and high repeatability.It is in line with national standards and is very hopeful in application.
