摘  要:猪传染性胃肠炎是由猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)引起的一种高度接触性、急性肠道传染病.本病常因细菌继发感染、混合感染而难以确诊,加之预防和治疗等有效疫苗的缺乏,使本病成为高度感染致死14日龄以内仔猪的罪魁祸首.因此,本病至今仍是养猪业的一大难题.对猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的基因组结构、表达方式、蛋白及功能、基因工程等方面的最新研究现状进行概述,旨在为TGE流行病学调查及诊断方法的建立提供理论依据,并为进一步研制TGEV检测试剂盒以及基因工程疫苗的开发提供参考.Transmissible gastroenteritis (TGE) is a highly acute and contagious enteric disease affect- ing pigs of different age and varieties. Transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) is the causative a- gent of TGE, characterized by high mortality rates close to 100%, as well as typical clinical signs in- eluding serious vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration, especially in neonatal piglets less than two weeks of age. TGE, which is difficult to be diagnosed for mixed infections and secondary bacterial infections and short of vaccines, dramatically affects the porcine industry. This paper proposes an overview of these latest progress in genetic structure, gene expression, structural protein and function, non - struc- tural proteins, structure of nucleic acids and genetic engineering of transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV). Designed to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of epidemiological investigations and diagnostic methods in TGE, and laid a theoretical foundation for the further development of TGEV detection kit as well as genetically engineered vaccine development.
