摘 要:为推进航运的节能减排,提出一种综合节能帆,该帆有效集中气流以带动发电机,实现利用风能同时进行助航和发电.通过对弓形薄翼帆的计算验证了CFD(计算流体力学)数值模型的可行性.对节能帆周围压力场和速度场的变化进行数值模拟,研究表明:导管出口风速vo和风场风速vi存在vo≈1.31vi的关系,节能帆可有效提高发电机发电效率,同时实现利用风能进行助航和发电.基于速度关系式对日本9万t煤炭专用船安装节能帆后的计算表明,节能帆具有一定的节能减排效果.A comprehensive energy-saving sail (CES) was designed in order to promote energy saving and emission reduc- tion of shipping. The CES can utilize wind for propulsion and power generation at the same time with its unique structure to collect wind energy. The feasibility of computational fluid dynamic (CFD) numerical model was verified by a case on arc wind sail, then this model was used to simulate the pressure field and velocity field around the sail. Results show that the outlet velocity of air tube vo and wind field velocity vi can be expressed as an equation V0≈1.31vi, therefore CES can ef- fectively improve the conversion efficiency, and utilize windfor propulsion and turbine. The energy saving and emission reduction of Japanese coal cargo ship installed with CES were calculated based on the equation, the effect of energy saving and emission reduction on the voyage were verified.
