平板数字与普通数字胃肠道双对比造影检查的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨平板数字与普通数字胃肠道双对比造影检查对胃肠道疾病的诊断效果。方法选取2011年1月-2014年10月来本院就诊的100例胃肠道疾病患者,按照前来就诊时机器型号的不同将100例胃肠道疾病患者分为研究组（50例）和对照组（50例）,均指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床检查医师完成所有患者数字化成像胃肠道双对比造影工作,研究组给予平板数字胃肠道双对比造影检查;对照组给予普通数字胃肠道双对比造影检查。记录两组胃肠道疾病患者数字化成像造影术检查结果,将图像质量及与病理诊断符合率进行统计学分析。结果研究组经平板数字化成像造影所得甲级图像率为56.00%,丁级图像率为0.00%,对照组经普通数字造影甲级图像率为20.00%,丁级图像率为10.00%。两组胃肠道疾病患者经不同方法检查后与病理诊断符合率均显著高于不符合率（P〈0.05）;研究组造影检查与病理检查符合率高达96.00%,显著高于对照组与病理检查符合率（82.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对疑似胃肠道疾病患者给予平板数字化成像胃肠道造影检查可显著提高其疾病检出率,有效降低误诊、漏诊概率,有利于患者获得积极的治疗,提高其疗效及预后。Objective To explore the effect of double-contrast examinations by gastrointestinal tract flat-panel digital and general digital on the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases. Methods 100 patients with gastrointestinal tract dis-ease from January 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital were chosen, and divided into different group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases） by the different machine model.Clinical laboratorians with professional knowledge and rich ex-perience were asked to perform on digitized double-contrast examinations of the gastrointestinal tract.In research group, flat-panel digital double-contrast examination of the gastrointestinal tract was applied,while in control group,general digital double-contrast examination of the gastrointestinal tract was used.The outcomes of examinations in both groups were recorded.The quality of image and accordance rate of pathological diagnosis were statistically analyzed. Results In the research group,by flat-panel digital imaging,A-level image reached 56.00% and D-level was 0.00%.In the control group,A-level image and D-level image was 20.00% and 10.00%,respectively.The accordance rate of pathological di-agnosis by two different examinations in patients with gastrointestinal tract were both much higher than inconsistent di-agnosis rate （P〈0.05）.In the research group,the accordance rate of pathological diagnosis reached up to 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group （82.00%） with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with suspected gastrointestinal diseases,flat-panel digitalized gastrointestinal tract contrast examination can greatly improve detection rate,effectively reduce rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,which is beneficial for positive treatment from patients aiming at improve effect and prognosis.
