摘 要:目的探讨献血前丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)快速筛查模式的选择及临床适用性。方法选取2013年5-8月本站的800例无偿献血者作为研究对象,分别采用速率法和干式化学法进行ALT检测,比较两种模式的检测结果,同时取正常值和PPU,分别采用两种模式进行检测,比较两种检测模式的精密度。结果干式化学法检测结果的总符合率为98.75%。PNU组的两种ALT检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。PPU组中,干式化学法的ALT检测结果显著高于速率法,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组速率法检测的CV结果显著低于干式化学法,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论干式化学法检测模式操作简便、快捷,结果可靠,适用于采供血机构街头对无偿献血者ALT的初筛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the selection and clinical applicability of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) rapid screening models prior to blood donation. Methods 800 cases of blood donors from May 2013 to August in our central blood bank were detected using rate method and dry chemical method for ALT.The test results of two modes was compared,the two modes was also used to test normal and pathological values quality control serum and their detection precisions was compared. Results The total coincidence rate of dry chemical method was 98.75%.There was no significant difference between the two ALT detection results in the PNU group (P〉0.05).In the PPU group,the ALT test results of dry chemical method was higher than that of rate method,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The CV results of rate method in two groups was lower than that of dry chemical method,with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Dry chemical assay mode is simple,fast,and reliable,which is suitable for blood donors’ALT screening in street blood collection stations,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
