摘　　要：目的确定脱脂棉白度的不确定度。方法采用A类和B类测量不确定度的评定方法 ,对测量重复性、示值误差、零点漂移、示值稳定性引入的不确定度进行评定。结果脱脂棉白度测量结果的扩展不确定度U=0.256,k=2。结论此评价方法也适应于实验室同类产品的测量结果不确定度的评定。Objective To determine the uncertainty of whiteness of degreasing cotton. Methods Uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability,indication error,zero wander,and indication stability was evaluated by evaluation method of class A and B measuring uncertainty. Results The expanded uncertainty of measured result in whiteness of degreas-ing cotton was U=0.256 and k=2. Conclusion The evaluation methodology is also applicable to evaluate the uncertainty of measured results in congeneric products in laboratory.
