阶段性护理干预对产后出血影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究产后出血应用阶段性护理干预的临床护理效果及影响。方法抽取2013年10月-2014年10月在本院就诊治疗的100例产后出血患者进行临床研究,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者接受阶段性护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者在产后出血时间、出血量等方面均有显著差别,治疗组患者的满意度（96.0%）明显高于对照组（92.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阶段性护理干预可有效缩短产后出血时间,减少产后出血量,具有较好的临床护理疗效,可在临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of application comprehensive nursing intervention for post-partum hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected for the clinical study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group was treated with routine nursing inter-vention.The clinical nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results After the comprehensive nursing inter-vention,there were significant difference of the bleeding time and the amout of bleeding between two groups;Satisfaction （96%） in treatment group was significantly higher than 92% of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Comprehensive clinical nursing care has good curative effect for the patients,which can effectively shorten the time of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of bleeding,it is necessary to be popularized in clinical.
