摘　　要：以地下汽车库与核6级常6级甲类二等人员掩蔽所转换工程为例,论证分析了地下汽车库与人防工程平战功能的转换,提出既满足使用要求又可以在规定的时限内完成功能转换的设计方法,对类似工程有一定的参考意义。Taking underground garage and nuclear 6 grade 6 class 2 staff shelter transformation engineering as an example, the paper discusses functional transformation from peacetime to wartime of underground garage and civil defense engineering, and puts forward functional transformation design method which not only meets utilization demands and can be completed in limited period, which has certain guiding meaning for similar engineering.
