摘　　要：对营区房地产动态管理的基本内涵、管理原则进行了分析,介绍了在营区房地产管理中应注意的问题,为更好的理解和实施营区房地产动态管理,取得良好的管理效果提供了理论基础和有益的借鉴。Through the introduction to the basic connotation,management principles of dynamic management of camp real estate,this paper intro-duced the problems should be paid attention to in camp real estate management,provided theoretical basis and useful reference for better under-standing and implementation of camp real estate dynamic management,achieved good management effectiveness.
