摘　　要：实验了棒状金属钙铁包芯线中钙的测定方法,优化了测定的最佳条件。将样品先加入少量水使金属钙生成氢氧化钙沉淀后,再加盐酸及过氧化氢使氢氧化钙等完全溶解,在三乙醇胺、半胱氨酸的存在下,避免了铝、铁及铜等金属元素的干扰,以氢氧化钾调节试液p H≥12.5,在Mg2＋离子存在的条件下,以钙黄绿素为指示剂,用EGTA标准溶液滴定钙量,实验结果最大相对标准偏差≤0.2%。In the paper, the determination method of calcium in rod-like metal calcium iron cored wire was experimented, and the best determination conditions were optimized. First, a small amount of water was added into the sample to make metal calcium generated into the precipitation of calcium hydroxide, then, the hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide were added to make calcium hydroxide completely dissolved, and now, under the existence of triethanolamine and cysteine to avoid the interference of aluminium, iron and copper metallic elements, using the potassium hydroxide to adjust the pH of test solution greater than or equal.to 12. 5, with the presence of magnesium 2＋ ion, taking calcein as an indicator, the content of calcium was titrated with EGTA standard solution, and the maximum relative standard deviation of experimental results was 0. 2% or less.
