摘　　要：随着新建铁路和高速铁路的大规模建设开通,铁路工务系统计量工作越显重要。本文论述了铁路工务计量工作的基本特征,并从认识程度、检定手段、人员素质、量值溯源等方面分析了铁路工务计量工作存在的问题,提出了下一步工作建议措施。Along with the large-scale construction and operation of newly-built railways and high-speed railways, the measurement work of railway working system tends to be more significant. This paper explores the basic characteristics of the measurement work of railway working system, analyzes the existing problems in terms of the degree of cognition, the means of verification, the qualities of personnel, and the traceability of value, etc., and thus puts forward the recommendations for the next step of work.
